Ingredients
1 cup, sliced onions
1 cup sliced capsicum
1 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp amchur / mango powder
1/4 tsp sugar
salt to taste
fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method
- Heat some oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
- Add the onions and cook till they are translucent.
- Add the coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, mango powder, sugar and salt. Mix and cook for a minute.
- Add the capsicum. Mix well.
- Cook till required tenderness, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Garnish and serve.
- We had it with some Masoor dal and roti.

hey is it a pakoda or curry??actually we call bhajjis as pakod...so justa confusion..
