Crumbles are so easy to make desserts, serve it just as it or with icecream. Use any fruit you like.
Ingredients
Peach Layer
1 dozen ripe peaches, cut into 1/2 cubes
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Oats Layer
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup quick cooking Oats
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cold butter, cut in small cubes.
Method
- Mix the peaches along with all the Peach layer ingredients.
- Grease a 9 inch square baking pan.
- Spread the peach layer evenly in the pan.
- Mix all the ingredients of the oats layer.
- Spread on top of the peaches evenly.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 F for about 40 - 50 minutes.
- Remove serve hot with ice cream.

medhaa, u can use any green leaves i have used thottakura leves...in english its called as amrutha leaves
